**NEW UPDATE**READ CAREFULLY (4/2/2012) NEW RULES
I’d like to explain a few ground rules and discuss a new concept i’m working on. From now on, we only take direct/personel submissions. Don’t cc us material because, we may or may not post that shit. Now, If you want to submit a single (audio or video); submit a mixtape or want to be featured on the On Da Come Up section, here’s some new rules for submission:
*Submitting a single track (Audio or Video)
1. Submit the track via Bandcamp, Soundcloud or Hulkshare link or for videos submit link via Vimeo or Youtube.
2. Submit the lyrics to the track.
3. If we post your material, I’ll personally send you a link from the site. Once i do that, you must post the link on your facebook and/or personal band page. Then send back notification and proof that you’ve done so, if not I will not post any of your future material.
*Submitting a Mixtape
1. I personally only prefer instrumental beat tapes that emplore the art of mixing and scratching, however if you decide to submit, send the project over to hiphopruckus2007@yahoo.com or sanabria.javier@yahoo.com. We only accept bandcamp or soundcloud links. Please no mediafire or other download links, i don’t have the server space or the time.
2. If we post your material, I’ll personally send you a link from the site to your email. Once i do that, you must post the link on your facebook and/or personal band page, Then send back notification and proof that you’ve done so, if not I will not post any of your future material. Trust me, i track everything.
*NEW CONCEPT
Lastly, I just want to say that I occassionally post mainstream shit (Drake, 2-Chainz)…occasionally….if i’m really feeling a track. However, if you’ve heard a track recently and believe it to be JOHN BLAZE, send your suggestion to me (Destro) at hiphopruckus2007@yahoo.com and I’ll post it to the site with my rebuttal to your opinion. I’ll even give you full credit. Just be sure to send me your twitter/facebook credentials. Once posted i’ll send you back notification.
