Meet The Block is a digital show on Podcast that interviews the most talked about Independent and unsigned artists in the streets of mainly NYC and remote areas in the United States. The show is free, and available for broadcast via iTunes, Google, and yahoo Podcast as well as syndicated through HipHopRuckus.com, MediaFly.com, Podcastalley.com, Podnova.com, Odeo.com, Digitalpodcast.com, podcastblaster.com, genwi.com, pod-planet.com, and podshow.com to name a few…

Triumph, Meet The Block’s host carries an unconventional dialog with guests that makes them feel right at home. The main goal is to kick it, vibe and have fun during the interview, but more importantly to focus on introducing the Artist as a person, and not like a product. The show is geared toward the increasingly growing international Hip-Hop industry. The receiving end of the feed (podcast) is dominated by a market of trend-setters and loyal brand bearers. We use a direct approach at exposing the latest trends and brands to an international audience that is superbly loyal in their relationships with everything from fashion, McDonalds, Interior Car Designing and skateboarding. This trend setting behavior does not stop there. It has even established its very own blockbuster “hit” brands such as Jay z’s Rockawear and Russel Simmon’s Phat Pharm Empire to name a couple.

Triumph is a 13 yr veteran in the Music/ Entertainment Industry beginning with his first experience in 1995 (DJ FLOW’s BARBERSHOP). As soon as he graduated from High School he began his very own entrepreneurial venture by opening DJ Flow's Hip-Hop Barber-shop in a Miami Suburb called Kendall, located in South West Miami. After closing down in 1997, he packed his bags and clippers and moved to NYC to pursue a more sophisticated networking environment with the purpose of integrating himself as an intern at one of the industries best suited industry magazines at the time: STRESS Magazine. Following the internship turned office manager, he moved on to establish connections as a reputable business man within the entertainment circles of NY. For the following 6 years, Triumph professionally managed less than a handful of artists until he realized that his potentiality was not in the management of a single artist but in providing a vehicle for independent artist all over the world with exposure. Realizing his enormous rolodex of industry professionals and unlimited resources to independent and unsigned artists, he developed and strategically established MEET THE BLOCK! Wich is Produced by IA Universal Inc., his corporate entity.
