Coming to back to throw a wrench in the way music is received today, ‘90s MC Kurious Jorge is back on deck to showcase the talent that ushered him amongst underground Hip-Hop’s best.
The Spanish Harlem native has teamed up with Amalgam Digital to re-release his 1994 debut album “A Constipated Monkey.” Before dropping the album in the early ‘90s, he gained mad fans with underground tracks “Walk Like a Duck” and “Uptown Shit.” In 1993 he was a featured artist on the track “3 Blind Mice” from Prime Minister Pete and Daddy Rich’s album “Dust II Dust” released on DefJam Records.
The re-release of “A Constipated Monkey” features original tracks with brand new joints. Amalgam Digital will also be dropping his sophomore album “Monkey Madness… The Real Prosperity” this summer which features production from MF Doom.
One of the new tracks from this album called “From Up Under” features Max B and was produced by Dame Grease.
